Westhaven Model Home by Ford Custom Homes
Westhaven Ford Model Home
hortly after capturing the Ford Townhome model I was assigned to capture the new Westhaven Ford Model Home. The main room has a terrific open floor plan. Other smaller more comfortable secondary rooms are great to relax or enjoy some privacy. Keli Ford was there again to assist, make any last minute composition or decoration changes.
The New Interior Trends
Craftsman has been a part of the modern home design for a while. So a new take is familiar, yet different. Flow Micklich, interior designer for Bella Vita Interiors, kept the simplicity yet added an element of sophistication with a trayed plank style ceiling and routed moldings. Antique styled hardwoods abound.
Furniture for Comfort and Living
A mix of fabrics and leather create a warm and comfortable combination for living and entertaining. Seagrass rugs are natural and easy to maintain. One of the coolest pieces was the semi-circular bonus room couch. It’s the perfect pair for a big screen television for entertaining guests, movie marathons, or even sports events.
A Worthy Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is large with lots of natural light. The design continues with a metal-framed bed with neutral sheets and pillows. The master bath has plenty of room to move around with a large walk-in shower and garden tub. The vanities share a convenient set of counter top cabinets, making the most important items easily accessible.
